I decided to change the coffee machine - my Saeco got tired and gave it to my parents. When I came to the store, the seller opened the Saeco coffee machine (now for some reason it is Philips) and showed me some kind of grease. you need to apply it there, then he showed the Delonghi coffee machine in which you don’t need to smear anything, it’s easy to wash, with the same functionality. I liked the design of the coffee machine and I opted for it. I was very surprised when at home I found the same grease in the teapot of a new coffee machine! As a result, after a year of use, I can say that this model normally brews only milk drinks. Expresso always brews bitter (maybe this is the reference espresso, I don’t know .) regardless of the variety, grain roasting and strength settings. Two espresso brews with one click through one portion of coffee, as a result, an incomprehensible drink is obtained. In service, it does not differ from the previous coffee machine - for 4 years I have not lubricated anything there. It's a pity I bought the design, although we must pay tribute - the machine works properly. I doubt very much the competence of the seller - I constantly referred to the reviews, I can read the reviews myself!
