My Experience: I do crossfit-like workouts, bodyweight exercises, so I raise my arms above my head, pull-ups, ropes, running on a treadmill, etc. with my phone on normal, the phone didn't move during the workout, but Due to the lack of a case, I kept checking my phone to make sure it hadn't fallen out. it was kind of annoying. I use wireless headphones so can't argue with the correct holes. If that's a deal breaker, Gear Beast has a similar case with a locking flap for $10. Give it 3 stars because it can do its job, yes. but why it doesn't have a resealable case to protect your phone I don't know. However, you might think that would be a build requirement when you get this at the regular price of $35. buy on sale!
