I like the ability to see the status of my orders and the progress of my shipments. I like that I can view my shipments on my phone, tablet, or computer. I dislike the time it takes to get a shipment from a trucker to my customer. Sometimes I have to call the trucker to get the status of my shipment. It would be nice if I could get an email or text message when my shipment is ready to pick up. I would like to be able to see the status of my shipments on my phone, tablet, or computer. I am able to see the status of my shipments, and I am able to track the progress of my shipments.
