We have a Nuconn sliding patio door. In 2009 the handle broke and we tried to replace it everywhere. We couldn't find a suitable one. The company offered a set of pens for $140 plus shipping. We ended up ordering a pen from Revain. Cambridge Sliding Door Handle with 3-15/16" sole and up to 1-3/4" thickness Model #88070051. We were happy with the inside handle but ended up using the original lock. and the outside handle. 10 years later the original outer handle broke off. The part where the screw goes in broke off. You can see the black spot in the picture where it broke off the handle. We went back to order the grip again and they no longer stock it. While searching we found this pen, Prime-Line C 1225. We searched and found Lowes had it in stock at our local store but double the price.We ordered from Revain using Prime and it was here in 2 days. It was very easy to install. All parts are aligned and the locking mechanism fits perfectly. No adjustments required. It took us about 10 minutes to remove the old handle and install the new one. One person job but easier with two We didn't use screws Based on a lot of feedback we decided to use the screws that originally came with the door. The outside handle is slightly flatter and smaller than the original and harder to grip when opening. If you have a heavy or sticky door, you may need a large handle.
