I was expecting some increase in power and response with CAI, especially at 40-50 mph which is where the real benefit lies. I've had CAI on my last 3 machines and thought I knew what I was buying. Two things I was NOT expecting: 1) the fact that instead of kicking in once on a rainy day, my traction control kicks in almost every time the turbo revs when I'm cornering hard. and now, even with 4WD, I can turn off traction control and spin all 4 wheels from standstill and when making quick turns. (roughly) 5,000 miles before that - and that's with all the extra hard work I put into the pedals to hear that extra growl and bring that "drift rush" into the corners.
