I really appreciate the thought put into this light. Most lights force you to go through several useless settings when powering on and off. This light can be programmed to start at the desired setting and even better, turns off instantly with one press. You have the option to cycle through the settings, but that must be done within 10 seconds of powering on. I only use the 400 lumen setting since it provides plenty of light and lasts 10 or more hours. The headband is comfortable if not tightened too much. I find the battery in the back gets plenty of support from my ears. For joggers, the unit may require tightening the headband further, which may cause the light to feel uncomfortable. For all other activities, this is not a problem.
