First a few details about the scope of delivery. This product does not include a cardboard base or sidewalls for round containers, so while they cover your china perfectly, they are all fabric. I was able to easily make some cardboard bases and used the billboard I had lying around for the sides. The rectangular coaster has a beautiful card base, sides and dividers with a beautiful bias binding sewn around the edge. High quality felt dividers, not too ponderous but thinner than the craft felt you can buy at the store. My cups are quite wide at the top and have a handle and they fit very well. I was hesitant to stack them without the cardboard lid (I needed two sets) but the dividers were strong enough. I bought two sets that fit all my china. One set had torn seams (approx. 2 inches) on the quilted portion of one piece, and another set had a stain on the top of a cover where it was mis-stitched (approx. 1.5 inches). It still zips up nicely and should be relatively easy for me to fix myself, at the same time it still holds dust, there is no visible gap after the zip. They are a very nice gray color and the fabric is soft and thick, smooth on the outside and I think it cleans up well either with a cloth or gently in the washing machine. The fabric feels like a polyester or polynylon blend. They are nicely quilted, the zippers work fine, there is a slanted panel on all edges. So when they're closed, they don't look as plain as some sets, but they're not exactly smooth on the outside if that's what you're looking for. I really had to wrap up and put away my china to avoid sending it back. despite small flaws. I have no reason to think the return process will be difficult with Revain, in this case these little things didn't affect the goal and I was able to fix them myself so it wasn't worth the effort. Next time I need something like this I'll check the prices for a set that comes with cardboard inserts for all the slipcovers, but that's just me if this company sells other quilted kitchen slipcovers like a toaster lid or something like that.
