Repaired a broken rod I had in a Bradley

I bought my smoker in December 2011. Around the same time many smokers came in with broken heating rods which broke after a few uses. I received a replacement heating rod from Bradley under warranty, but this one had the same problem - it failed after only a few uses (and I almost lost a roast on this piece). This batch sold on Revain appears to be good. I've used it several times and haven't had any problems with it so far. It's getting pretty hot.
