Bradley Smokers Replacement 2 625 14 5 Inch Review

Very easy to assemble - works great. I feel that this replacement heats up significantly faster than the original that came with my smoker. It takes about 15 minutes to install, and for someone who isn't handy like me, it's pretty impressive! In fact, I have a spare on hand just in case!

I've had my Bradley Smoket for a few years now and it just didn't generate the warmth it had when new. I searched the internet and saw that Revain had a replacement Bradley heating element for a very reasonable price so I ordered it. It was a very easy replacement process and now my smoker heats like new! Very happy!

I ordered this to have on hand in case my smoker breaks down (seems reasonable what others have said about Bradley boards) so I can don't comment on actual performance. However, this appears to be a genuine replacement product and I received it very quickly. Three days after I ordered it (October 12) it arrived, not at that estimate (16-10/18). Very impressive!

Fits perfectly on my 4 rack Bradley smoker. Installation took 20 minutes with a screwdriver and a small wrench. I have used the smoker 2 times since replacing the heater and the temperature is hotter and more stable than before. I'm so glad I tried this instead of buying a new smoker. Installation Tip: When removing the old batten, pull some slack wire out of the cabinet, but don't pull too hard or you'll pull the wire ends off. Walk slowly and gently.

I bought my smoker in December 2011. Around the same time many smokers came in with broken heating rods which broke after a few uses. I received a replacement heating rod from Bradley under warranty, but this one had the same problem - it failed after only a few uses (and I almost lost a roast on this piece). This batch sold on Revain appears to be good. I've used it several times and haven't had any problems with it so far. It's getting pretty hot.
