Simple and efficient.
Excellent for splitting cable signals. We used it to run the cable from the wall to the modem and TV. I don't have cable TV but I do have a few channels with high speed internet so I hooked up my TV for that. Super easy and effective. I don't have a 3rd line but I bought one with 3 outputs in case I decide to add another device like a DVR or anything that needs extra cable entry.
