Device turns on easily but does not connect to my phone or my wife's phone. We downloaded the app, uninstalled/reinstalled it and removed the battery. The Power LED blinks as expected, but doesn't connect through the app. * Please note that the device will appear as a Bluetooth device and connecting in this way will do nothing. Despite the website's claim "Our team will respond to your query and issue within 24 hours." I haven't received a message for 6 days. I'll be happy to change my rating if customer service can resolve the issue, but I will return the item later in the day if no response is received.
