This is great when I want to dice vegetables or cut cheese sausage. However, the fragments slide. The bottom handle also came off and it is difficult to wash the grilles from it. Onion skin sticks to all of this! It also doesn't close when you want to use the grid. I need to hold the sides in place so the top doesn't slide off the bottom when the dice are rolled. If I use the tip as a splinter, the replacement piece falls out, usually sticking to the cheese or sausage. It probably shouldn't be used for anything other than vegetables. This saves you the hassle of handling onions or potatoes to cut them into cubes.
