does what it says

I got this last summer to sharpen all of my knives in my commercial kitchen and learn a new and useful skill. At first I used the instructions but then I just became handy using various techniques I found on the internet. My knives were DULL. The edges of most were gone, and there were many gaps in the edges. The first sharpening of the blades took a long time. But now a few hits on the fine grit either way and they're sharpened straight up. Note that using a wet stone is not the quickest way to sharpen a knife. But maybe the best way. And my favorite way. I find it mentally therapeutic like any other craft that requires skill and my hands. We recently received a handwritten letter from the company's co-owner who sent it, thanking him for the purchase. Couldn't be happier.
