New elevator looks good but cold weather will tell. I only used one as it was hell holding the heavy tailgate off while I removed the old prop with a #7 sprocket and ratchet. I had to soak the old bolt in a penetrating lubricant and then it was difficult to line up the bolts for removal while the old prop was still tight. I can't tell which screw made the most sense to remove first. The rear was just as bad for installing new support studs. Make sure you FULLY support the tailgate with a solid support to line up the screws properly (not a good job for short or skinny wives) or you can clean the screw holes. I gave up after one install to wait for spring.
