A little woman's dream! Cotton shrinks, so just 35 inches may be too short for most.
This is a gorgeous skirt, I love the gathered waist for a fit but it is only 35 inches from the waist. the stripe on the hem (only 5'5" on me) will be too short after washing and considering the curves for this style of skirt. If it came at 37" it might be ok right out of the box, but even then it would be too short after shrinking. If they hadn't changed the length I would only consider this if you are 5ft 3 and under or very skinny.(Brand new elastic, laid flat, 15" wide.)
