Works well, but connect it to your computer first

Thanks for the feedback, I had to take similar steps to get mine working on my 2015 Grand Cherokee. Mine was factory programmed with firmware 69.04. I went through all the steps and everything was fine until I had to connect it to my computer. The decryption process does not complete. When you return to the car to repeat the steps, it will not flash again. After looking at various guides on the website I found that mine should be updated to firmware 69.02 as mentioned in one of the guides. The software makes this very easy. I did this and switched the option to "Offline Mode" and "Default Connection". After that I repeated the steps and everything went smoothly. Installs and works like clockwork. I had to press the lock button three times on mine. To disable it, you must do the same. I've noticed that when I start it remotely and turn off the ignition it starts up again lol. Switching off via the remote works without any problems. Also, no USB updates were available. The video guide says it is, but it wasn't available or wasn't needed. I had version 2.0.
