I like that they have so many different medication options available for our pets! They also offer more than just prescription drugs - there are supplements as well! It is nice because you don't need an appointment with your vet anymore (but it's not always convenient). You can order all of this online instead if you're away at work or out running errands/etc. Sometimes their website has glitches but other times it works great too. The customer service team does seem very helpful when trying to figure things out. And sometimes shipping takes forever. If you aren't familiar with ordering meds in general then maybe try looking into some video tutorials first? We used VetSource quite often while my husband was working overseas. He would get prescriptions filled every few months which helped us save money since he wasn't able to go back home for refills!
