Alarm was easy to install and works great. You can email them for free if the alarm fails, if the alarm's WiFi disconnects, or if the water level rises above a certain level, so you never have to worry about the alarm working properly. For a small fee of $1 a month (I just paid for a full year up front) they will also text and voice you, but this isn't necessary if you're happy with free email. I found the price of the alarm clock very reasonable for the security it gives me and I am very happy with the product. I just bought one of those pass-through extension cords to plug into as my drain pump plugs into the same outlet.
