Would highly recommend this

. I bought one and wired it myself. I used to have problems with the auxiliary pump, it would shut down the GCFI it was connected to and my bypass room would flood. Thanks to this alarm, I was notified if for some reason the power went out or the pump stopped working. Good product

Initial WiFi error

Initial WiFi interface setup error. . . continued to send the message without communicating properly. And the first call to the support service. . . not healthy. The second call to support helped. The person on the second round was very helpful and with some work fixed the wifi issue.

Great product, also for commercial use

I work for a shellfish company and we needed to control the water level in our hatchery. Other companies that offer commercial water level products have expensive support and product plans, but the units we received from Swamp Alarm are well built and very easy to set up and install. It's great to have something out of the box that works so flawlessly. I even contacted Sump Alarm and their customer service is great and told me how to wire their alarm box to other switches like a paddle flow…

Works and looks as advertised

I am very happy with this product. I served in the military and this product really has a rugged, military look compared to devices I've seen in service. Not that we have sump pump alarms, but you get the idea of comparing craftsmanship. Looks like a real American product. Installation wasn't too difficult, make sure to gently tighten the screws with a drill as the instructions mention that it's easy to remove the Phillips head threads. Alarm was easy to install and works great

Alarm was easy to install and works great. You can email them for free if the alarm fails, if the alarm's WiFi disconnects, or if the water level rises above a certain level, so you never have to worry about the alarm working properly. For a small fee of $1 a month (I just paid for a full year up front) they will also text and voice you, but this isn't necessary if you're happy with free email. I found the price of the alarm clock very reasonable for the security it gives me and I am very happy
