When I ordered these brushes I underestimated their size but it turned out to be a blessing. In my opinion, a thin comb has the right spacing. Not too good as you would expect from a cheap plastic comb you can find at the dollar store. My favorite is the wide-tooth comb, which gives my hair a smooth texture. Although the description lists these combs as carbon fiber, I don't think they are. Of course, I did not review the material to confirm my suspicions. Regardless of the material these combs are made of, I can assure you future buyers that you will not be disappointed with the quality. Both combs look very strong and very light. The case that comes with the wide-tooth comb is made of felt. It is surprisingly well made and fashionably holds a wide tooth comb. Overall I am very satisfied and at this price point you would be hard pressed to find a better deal on a well made comb.
