Just like in the ad. I don't like that the tip sticks out a little bit from the hole. I'm new to pocket holes so maybe there's a reason? Not a big deal really, just take my handsaw and saw it off and then sand it down. Really useful, but you can get the same (if not better) result if you use a dowel. It's nice to be convinced.
