I wish I knew that it's instantly in position 3 with a spring return in position 2.

The product is good, decent quality and came quickly I thought. This is a snap action switch in position 3, similar to an automotive application. I could have missed it but figured it would hold in position 3 and not rebound. I can get it to work, just slightly different wiring.
