In general, this acquisition is very suitable for diamond painting. It lights up my canvas and I don't know how I used to paint with diamonds without a backlight. I've since bought a second one. A few things that could be improved here: The power button is in the lower right corner and it's easy to slap your hand and turn the device on and off while drawing. The lightbar is not charging. It needs to be plugged in at all times and the cord gets in the way leaving you tied to a specific area. After all, sometimes the light flickers. I switched to another lightbar which fixed 2 of these 3 issues,
