The ability to see all inmate information at once has been very helpful when trying to track down where someone is located or if they are having issues with their food service etc..

It's easy enought o use but there isn't much customization available unless you go through IT department which could take some time depending upon your level within organizations hierarchy. I have not found anything yet dislike about this product specifically however we do still look into other options as well so it may become apparent eventually. Being able to keep tabs on multiple people easily makes life easier especially since its something we were never given tools before now!
