I'm 5'4", 130 lbs, waist 26-27" and hips 39". It's Wednesday. These shorts are amazing! They're breathable and so comfortable! You have too a decent stretch. These shorts were so comfortable I didn't take them off for hours trying them on! There aren't two layers here, there is one layer of the grid I wasn't aware of but that doesn't bother at all. I usually wear small ones Pants but I was planning on wearing them for training so I wanted them to be a little looser so I could have more freedom of movement.Although they do stretch a little they are leggings or very stretchy so if you are having a serious leg day plan on and you are in between sizes i would say one size up they are amazing i want them in every color the breathability makes them perfect for running errands even in the summer heat!
