The amount of time that is saved compared with doing manual checks each day or week! I can have our account manager check my list daily without having someone physically visit me every single morning (which would be ideal). It's not perfect but they are working hard at making improvements so we will see as time goes by what changes happen. There were some times when there was an error in their system and no ads appeared even though everything seemed fine from another screen. This has been resolved since then however it took almost 24 hours before this showed up again which made us concerned about whether all errors had actually fixed themselves after being reported. Take advantage of getting updates whenever possible because sometimes things like these do appear once too often. Keeping track of shady domains/websites that may potentially contain malware or spammy links which could impact ad impressions and overall traffic flow to one site vs others. I like that they are very accessible at all hours of day or night! They have many different ways in which one can use their service as well (such as emailing them directly). The customer support is great too!! Nothing really - we just started using them recently so there isn't much experience yet with us but everything seems good thus far :) If anyone's looking into this type of thing then definitely give them a try! It has helped our ad spend tremendously!
