Review on FOXWELL Diagnostic Function Chevrolet Cadillac by Doug Virden

The home page of the site offers (for reasons entirely unclear) two options: a .com page and a .us page. The .us site is down - after a long delay it just goes back to the home page (infinite loop). So I went to .com, registered there and got an email back. So far so good, except that none of the software tools mentioned in the FAQ or in the accompanying literature are available. I tried to register my new scanner but keep getting the error "Serial number does not exist". Second infinite loop. An attempt was made to send a message on the Contact Us page, but only a "Please refresh the page to continue" box appears. Third endless cycle. Not the best start. If I receive a response from a manufacturer representative, I will review and edit this review; Otherwise, it seems doomed for a quick comeback.
