The best part about this tool was its affordability for my small budget business, so I can't complain! There were no benefits at all other than price when compared with similar products out there (like Google Analytics). We used it as an internal reporting system mainly because of our very limited resources but nothing else really came in terms like analytics or data insights from visit path itself which are available through some more expensive tools/products around $10k+. If you have enough money then go ahead otherwise get something cheap instead - we got ours free by helping them test one product they had before launch :) It's not super user friendly either if your looking into getting someone who has never done web development professionally using such platform- maybe try setting up simple websites first just see how easy everything works rather trying installing complex applications etc..
