This product removes mascara and lash primer. Primer is like super glue for mascara. This material is DIFFICULT to remove from the lashes. With this product, the delicate skin around the eyes does not tighten or tighten. I just use a cotton pad, apply and dab on my lashes for 20-30 seconds to absorb a little. Then I GENTLY rub the mascara and primer all at once. Works perfectly! It leaves a bit of an oily residue, which I don't like, but it's not a deal breaker. I just wash it off. never mind I had fresh, clean eyes and no irritation. I haven't used it on the rest of my face so I have no comments on how it works or feels on the rest of my skin. I specifically bought this in the hope that it would remove my "sticky" lash primer. Also, there is a division in the bottle. Make sure you shake it well before using it.
