I keep trying different grab screens because hand screens are dirty (at least for me). The one I like has a "pot handle". but eventually it breaks down. I got this one because it was highly rated. I'm not sure if people have never used a colander and don't know what to expect or if they like it because it's shiny. If you bake more than occasionally, spend this. Inside are two screens spaced about half an inch apart. It has two "wheels" meant to wipe flour, but they don't touch the screen at all, so it's really more of a wish than a swipe. Since the screens are separate and have their own wheels, this "wish" must be fulfilled twice. After all, the wheels only move 1/8th of a turn with each press. All of this combined with a 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon concoction will, if you're lucky, come out with every jab. I actually replaced one of these earlier because the small bent metal tab broke as per another review. I forgot which one I got (or blocked it) so wasn't thrilled to see it again. I gave two stars as most people probably don't use the colander 2-3 times a week. If you're like me and do it, maybe it'll be a star.
