I ordered these to relieve pain in my foot. I injured a tendon on the sole of my foot digging with a round shovel for 4 hours. I had terrible pain in my leg for over 6 weeks. Couldn't put pressure on the heel/foot. I found these "feet" helped, especially when I put a soft pad on the heel. On the plus side, I was still able to wear my sandals (which the doctor frowned upon). The pain is gone but I've found I still enjoy wearing them (both legs) to work in the garden and before bed. Great price, don't stick and run.
