The nails appear to be broken off staples that are usually full size nail staples. It gets really tedious when you have to add 3 or 4 of those broken clips to make a full one. Perhaps you should tell your customers that these are not complete clips. I will never order these again. Added one star because you need to add a star rating or there wouldn't even be one star.
