Misleading ad

The ad shows a nicely designed and packaged product with a black seal on the end of the cartridge. The filters came loose with no specs or labels, with a cheap white plastic seal. I have previously purchased and used them as advertised and either the wrong product was supplied or they made the product cheaper. The carbon is already coming out of the cartridges. These will most likely be returned.
