Excellent product. I have never been disappointed with a Nursal product. The massager is quite large, but it's capable of delivering a lot of power. Vibrations can be changed from intermittent to very fast vibration. It is definitely suitable for large muscle groups as it is quite strong. The massager comes with several different heads. I've tested any heads that seem similar (to me) but haven't used them long enough to see the difference. I tried it on my quads and pecs and was very surprised to feel so much relief. I would caution against using this on your neck and sensitive areas. The neck felt good but is definitely starting to hear a buzz from the intense vibration near the ear canal. These affordable options really do the job, especially when compared to the very expensive items that all do the same thing. Also very comfortable to hold. The handle is long, the device looks bulky and not wobbly. The length allows you to reach areas you can't reach with your hands. Wonderful!
