Big disappointment and breakdown for my kids when we opened them all hands and hats fell off. Spent the first day gluing the arms and hat pieces! Definitely buy wood glue! I didn't expect to be able to build my own nutcracker out of wooden dowels for the price paid. that they are installed and glued correctly
