My family loves it! To be honest I bought another pressure cooker which not only didn't work but their customer service was terrible! If you don't like a faulty product and don't want to be mistreated, don't buy the Power Pressure Cooker XL. When the Power Pressure Cooker XL failed me, I went to Revain and looked at other options. I chose the West Bend Pressure Cooker because we have used their products before, have been happy with them and the price was amazing. Yes, I'll admit the commercial caught my attention, but the idea of fast food was what I really wanted. We couldn't be happier with this product! If you're looking for an electric pressure cooker that works well, this is a great option.
