I'm sorry to be the one to deliver this piece of unfavorable information, but my time spent working with STSEETOP has been nothing short of a hilarious comedy of mistakes. It seems as though everything that could possibly go wrong with an online store has gone wrong with STSEETOP, from shipping times that are too slow to customer support that is unresponsive. First things first, let's talk about the delivery. My order hasn't arrived yet, despite the fact that I submitted it several weeks ago. I have attempted to get in touch with their customer service staff, but the only response I have received is the sound of crickets. It's almost as if they don't care at all that I bought their products with money that I worked hard to acquire. And don't even get me started on how poor the quality of their merchandise is. I won't even begin. The shirt I ordered was obviously made of low-quality fabric and did not appear anything like the image that was displayed on their website. How are the earrings that I purchased doing? They arrived in a damaged and inoperable state. When I attempted to return the damaged earrings, I discovered that the company's policy on returns and exchanges is a farce. This made the situation even more frustrating. They make you go through an inordinate number of hoops just to return a merchandise, and even then, there is no assurance that you will get your money back. In conclusion, STSEETOP has been nothing short of a catastrophe from the very beginning to the very end. They have made it abundantly obvious that they have no interest in keeping their customers satisfied in any way, whether it be through slow shipping, poor product quality, or unresponsive customer service. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
