I like how easy it was for me as an end user because they have great customer service! The notifications are just fantastic!! As soon as you receive anything from them or send something out their email address gets sent immediately along side your shipment so nothing falls through cracks anymore. !! Also if there's any problems at anytime our rep will be right away about having someone call us back ASAP. ! We're able to see everything we need within minutes of when shipping leaves my house but also being notified instantly upon receiving what could possibly go wrong before this ever happens. !!
