Dead after 3 months

Dead after 3 months of use. Tried to contact seller about "1 year warranty" and got no response at first. A month later I'm getting regular emails from suspicious addresses promising $10, $15, $20, then $30 if I delete this comment, but I get nothing until I delete it. Once you delete a comment, you can no longer rate the product. The website says 1 year warranty. You should just send me a new one.
