Frustrated and Disappointed

I ordered this product because I make wooden signs and use stencils to draw words/images. I've been using an Oracle 631 with minimal problems, but since I've been away I thought I'd give it a try as it's made for stencils. I will say that this material is more like plastic than vinyl, which I like because it doesn't curl or stick to itself as easily as vinyl. The problem I had with this is that it leaves a sticky residue! The first project I did with him was with very thin lines. Cut pretty well, a few issues were easy to fix. It was well tolerated and I massaged it in with a lot of pressure. After I drew my design, I tried to remove the stencil and it ripped with every movement. I ended up breaking it into a thousand pieces, but it left sticky marks on my wood that I can't tear off. The residue will catch all the dust and make it dirty, NOT GOOD. So I assumed it was user error and pressed on it too hard so I tried the same project (except making my lines a little thicker) being careful not to apply too much pressure but I still rubbed it enough, to glue (I rubbed with my palm instead of a scraper). Well, on project #2 I had issues with bleeding AND sticky residue. I even tried lifting it with some heat and although that made lifting easier and reduced the number of parts, the rest of the stick was still attached to my tree. All in all I am very disappointed with this screen film and don't want to waste any more time and money on using it.
