I have used them at tea parties for lemon curd, whipped cream, jam, sugar etc. You're absolutely perfect for this. As long as they seem strong enough, they're just little spoons. They are also great for espresso. Update July 2020 - We use them all the time now. We don't eat out anymore these days, we take takeout and use it for sauces and salsa that come in those little containers because they don't tip over! Update October 2021 - on the edges and I threw them away.
