Very happy with this raincoat. It's so easy to put on and offers great coverage. I especially like that it also covers my little doggie's chest and tummy, preventing rainwater from hitting the ground on her chest and tummy. It has an innovative design, is well made and durable. hind legs, because otherwise they would rub against their genitals. But she has a small butt, and the shape of the coat gives that area extra coverage, so we didn't need elastics. Many thanks to Pro-Plums for making this wonderful little raincoat.
