You should not attempt to replace the Galaxy Tab screen glass with your own substitute . It seems so easy to open the back cover, remove the old glass from You Tube, but in the real world it's never as easy as we'd like. Also, the tools they provided me with were so fragile. They are plastic and practically break as soon as you start opening the lid. As soon as you open the back cover (I almost broke the cover), another large crowd awaits. Removing the existing glass was really a problem. In the end the whole glass was broken and I gave up. Unless you are a technically trained person, just don't try to fix it yourself. It is not worth. just buy new. (The repair fee is almost the same as the original price.)
