Review on OMEYA by Matt Barsa

As an experienced do-it-yourselfer, I was eager to test out OMEYA's products and see if they stood up to the company's claims of producing high-quality items for the classroom and the workplace. My hopes and expectations were dashed to the ground. The OMEYA products I purchased were of inferior quality and did not perform the functions that were represented in the product descriptions. The storage solutions were cumbersome and offered a very limited amount of storage space, while the work organizers were flimsy and difficult to put together. What's even worse is that OMEYA's customer support is absolutely terrible. I attempted to contact their support team in order to receive assistance with the installation of the products; however, I was met with lengthy wait periods and responses that were not helpful. In general, OMEYA is not a product that I would suggest to anyone seeking to improve their working environment or educational institution. Both the quality of their merchandise and the assistance they provide to customers is unacceptable. Look elsewhere for high-quality do-it-yourself products, and save yourself some time and aggravation in the process.
