Looks like a good microphone. Its design is reliable. The action is smooth. The fit and finish is quite nice. I reset it and tested it on a new 1-2-3 block and it worked very well. It displays inches or mm with a single press of the control button, but only mm engravings. The device turns on immediately and turns off again after 5 minutes of inactivity. After turning it on for the first time, it turns on again with every movement of the barrel. Remove the battery for storage if used only occasionally. It comes in a handy storage case and includes a spare battery, tools and instructions. This is a decent microphone!
