I was excited to try this Flex Edge Whisk - I usually use the traditional KitchenAid whisk without the silicone rim. Sturdy construction, slightly lighter than my Kitchen Aid whisk, enamel intact, no cracks, ideal for beating butter and sugar. . It scraped the bottom of the mixing bowl a little better, but then I still had to scrape it off with a spatula. But I think it would be inevitable with any scooter! I revived this reel in exchange for an honest review😊
