Very useful for customers and servers
It's easy of use; I love how it integrates with our restaurant management system (Mozilla Application Suite).
Sometimes when you're doing an update or something that requires more time than usual then your server will get stuck at some point but after refreshing everything works as before! Maybe improve UI? No comment about this yet because we are still using beta version so maybe there aren't any bugs like those which could be easily solved by adding new features later one day if they decide too.. This app has helped us decrease waiting times between orders since all tables can see what people want without needing waiters attention during busy periods such restaurants etc...
Pros
- Easy to understand, well organised information for everyone involved in food service industry from servers downwards including chefs who have never used smartphones previously into their daily workflows.
- Great support team is very helpful,
- They keep improving constantly both interface design & functionality.And also keeping up pace while evolving along side
