Review on Ford Keyless Entry Remote Key Shell Replacement - 3 Buttons Empty Shell ONLY by Todd Amarsingh

I bought this for the price and my 2002 F-250 Diesel, OEM key fob was looking pretty shabby. The original electronics were fine, so I just wanted a nicer case and rubber knobs. The problem is that the outer black case is not suitable for housing the electronics battery, so I had to use my original black case with a new rubber insert. The problem is the knob's rubber insert doesn't fit my stock housing so I had to trim it to fit. Everything is fine now and if I'm motivated maybe I can try to cut the inside of the black case to get the battery and electronics working. The photos on the website are exactly what I received. I just didn't look at the specifics of my OEM key fob as my "FORD F-250 SUPER DUTY 1999-2012" was listed as compatible. I haven't had any other issues like turning on the alarm, just trimming it to make it work.
