Review on T Adapter Shut Off Connector Handheld Bathroom by Joshua Garris

I installed this T-adapter today and based on my experience I give this product 2 stars. To give you some background on my situation, I bought a Luxe bidet in 2016, which at the time came with a plastic T-adapter. When the original adapter broke last week, I contacted Luxe for product size and a replacement part. Due to COVID-19 everyone started swapping out the elusive toilet paper for a more economical bathroom and so my needed part was indefinitely out of stock. Now that you haven't had a TP for over 4 years it's hard to go back so I needed a replacement immediately! As you will see Revain has many options but this was the cheapest and now I think I understand why. 1) This product arrived with no installation manual and no online video tutorials! I installed and removed my bidet using 4 different movements so I thought it might be intuitive but it isn't. 2) The manufacturer was kind enough to send the 4 rubber O-rings pictured above. However, it is not mentioned anywhere that you might not need both! These are OPTIONAL accessories that "go with any toilet" (just not mine). All the gaskets I needed were taken from my original bidet tee adapter and plastic adapter! Dad" because she's 2020 and not all men put "parts" in) - that's rubbish! This part is rounded with no torque edges and therefore makes the tank difficult to tighten ESPECIALLY if you are a tall person who is sandwiched between the tub and the toilet to begin with. I have to admit that as long as the product works leak free, hence the 2 stars, it all goes to show that it is worth investing in a better quality T-adapter and not this one.
