Review on GM Genuine Parts 213-4222 Mass Airflow Sensor featuring Intake Air Temperature Sensor by Jermaine Batista

I bought a 213-4222 mass air flow sensor to replace the 11 year old sensor. I was about to clean the old one but the cleaner was over $20 for a good one. So I decided to see how much a new one costs. I wanted a genuine AC Delco GM replacement because I don't trust "cheap" brands. It arrived quickly and in good condition. It was quick and easy to install. About 5 minutes work. I was hoping to improve performance and gas mileage. The mechanic told me to expect rough performance for a few days while the processor relearns the optimal settings for the new sensor. The first day was a little tough, but not bad. After that he purred like a kitten. And it really improved my gas mileage. I was very happy with this purchase
